ABOUT US
Clinic Works Consulting has been providing telepsychiatry services since 2017. Our focus is working with healthcare organizations to facilitate the integration of psychiatric services into primary care settings. We are committed to improving access to quality psychiatric care in rural and underserved communities. Our clients primarily consist of rural and federally qualified health centers.
Our providers are experienced Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who bring a wealth of experience in managing psychiatric issues across the lifespan.
We have deep expertise and commitment to the care of veterans and their loved ones. Two of our providers, including our founder, are Veterans and know firsthand the nuance of caring for those who have served.

OUR PROVIDERS
Dr. Jess Calohan, DNP, PMHNP-MC Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Jess Calohan is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience spanning behavioral healthcare, military medicine, virtual care, healthcare leadership, and graduate nursing education.
A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, Dr. Calohan completed 20 years of distinguished military service and earned the elite Class A designator, a distinction held by fewer than 5% of military medical officers. An early adopter of telehealth, he helped advance virtual care for service members worldwide and brings extensive experience designing, implementing, and scaling care models across diverse settings.
His academic leadership includes serving as DNP Program Director at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Assistant Professor at George Washington University, and Associate Dean at Frontier Nursing University, where he helped expand Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and doctoral nursing education.
He co-founded Clinic Works with his wife, Jennifer, a nurse and national healthcare consultant. Together, they are committed to helping healthcare organizations improve care through thoughtful clinical design, innovation, and practical solutions that work in the real world.
Stacie Olson, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Stacie is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 16 years experience working with adults and older adults in treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
Jeffrey Anderson, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Jeff is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 20 years experience working with children, adolescents and older adults in treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
